Counter Notification:

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter notification, please provide a written communication that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which your address is located and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that we will forward the counter notification to the original complaining party. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the removed or disabled material, we may, in our sole discretion, reinstate the removed or disabled material.

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who violate any other provisions of our Terms of Service.
