Sagar Nidhi-Scientists embark on an expedition onboard to participate in a joint ocean expedition

Sagar Nidhi Scientist from Bangladesh and Mauritius had embarked on a journey on India’s research vessel for participation in a joint ocean expedition, under the framework of Colombo Sercuity Concave ( CSC) in the Indian Ocean Region.

Scientists from the 2 countries Bangladesh and Mauritius will be working together for the research of the ocean data, predict the change in the marine environment and indulge in further research, as noted by the Ministry of Earth Science. The event ought to take place under the framework of the Columbo Security Conclave which is going to be intimate in the Indian Ocean Region ( IOR). The expedition is expected to go for the day of 35 days, and this cruise will be conducted by Indian National Centre for the Ocean Information Services ( INCOIS )under the Ministry of Earth Sciences. This decision is taken after  the maiden CSC Oceanographers and Hydrographers conference held at Goa and Hyderabad in November 2022
