NeSDA portal DARPG launched the 3rd edition of the NeSDA(National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment) portal to showcase of performance of States, UTs and selected Central Ministries in delivering e-Governance services to citizens.

National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment– what is in the news

NeSDA launched the 3rd edition of its portal by the Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) V. Srinivas, where it analyse the online submission and analysis of the information submitted by respective states, UTs and selected ministries. Launched in the 1st edition launched in the year of 2019, through the portal respective person can achieve access to reports, and a dashboard and draws the visualisation of the data collected. In NeSDA 2021, 1400 services were assessed across all the states, UT as compared to 872 in 2019 leading to an increase of more than 60%
