Chachin Grazing Festival is celebrated near  Bumla Pass, Arunachal Pradesh which went for 2 days, featuring a medical camp to help the local graziers who often live in remote locations without the medical facilities prevalent in urban areas. With it, a veterinary camp had been organised which includes a lecture on animal health, aimed at graziers with knowledge of livelihood care.
