Bharat 6G Alliance-What is the full Information?

In a significant stride in technology, GOI adopted the acquisition of over 200 patents related to the 6G technology. The alliance is made of multiple industries, academia, and the central government, which is aiming to spearhead all 6G-related initiatives in a systematic and methodical manner. In past, GOI had adopted the use the 2,70,000 5G sites for the rollout of the 5G technology in India, where in India there is a significant change in data plan cost in India, where there is a drop of Rs 300 per GB in 2014 to Rs 10 per GB in 2023, which had made data more accessible and affordable for the Indian population but as per global reporting, positioned India as a leader in technology adoption. For the 6g rollout in India,  a grant of 240.51 crores under the Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF) had been made for which two agreements were signed for projects.
