Know India Programme Recently, the GOI organised an event named  Know India Programme at the Ministry of External Affairs, where 55 students of Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) around the world One of the students Chandranie Sukhdeo gave his heartfelt appreciation for this Government’s initiative. The event also included a quiz session for interested groups of 18 to 30 years of  G20 countries.

Akashvani organised an event in New Delhi, in which 38 young diaspora members from 11 countries participated in the event. At the venue, there were many skill training workshops including Centre for Advance Learning Lab, Community Diagnostic Centre, Transformer, Waste to Wealth, Spinning, WELL Ashok Leyland, Hyundai, Yamaha, ITI/ITOT Paramedics & Allied Health Sciences. It was the 3-week program of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs to visit the Indians and share their views, expectations, and experiences and develop closer bonds with contemporary India.
