Havana syndrome Karnataka Government to file a plea to investigate the causes of Havanaa syndrome at the response of Amarnath Chagu, a Bengaluru resident.. the pleader seeks to inquire about a syndrome’s presence in the country and ways to prevent its transmission. This disease involves symptoms such as hearing certain sounds without any outside noise, nausea, vertigo and headaches, memory loss and balance issues. over which the central government had approved to run the probe by their representative.
