As per reports by Coalition Greenwich, a division of CRISIL, HDFC Bank, India’s largest private lender, had overtaken State Bank of India (SBI) to secure the top spot in CRISIL’s Greenwich market share Leaders in Large Corporate Banking. As a significant finding from the Coalition Greenwich study is that nearly 90% of large and middle-market Indian corporates are optimistic about their business outlook for the coming year, which likely contributes to their willingness to collaborate with India’s largest banks to drive expansion, internationalization, and increased efficiency.
