Ethics Of AI The government of Telangana had signed the collaboration of UESO for the fundamental principles of AI ethics deep within artificial intelligence systems between the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) Department of the Government of Telangana. At the event, dignitaries were present including Vakati Karuna, secretary of the education department of the government of Telangana; Dr Mariagrazia Squicciarini, director and chief of the executive office of Social and Human Sciences at UNESCO; Rama Devi Lanka, director of emerging technologies.  The purpose of this event is to shape Telangana’s technological landscape, ensuring that AI innovations are aligned with ethical values.  

Ethics Of AI-Telangana & UNESCO

Based on the collaboration UNESCO started the collaboration with the Telangana government for genetic research, climate change, scientific research etc., while minimizing the downside risks, ensuring a more inclusive, sustainable, and peaceful world, by harnessing the potential of AI for the collective good while collaborating to UNESCO’s Global Observatory on AI Ethics.
